SFSC 22 is a COVID-safe event. We are following Government guidelines in regards to COVID vaccinations, and we ask that you please adhere to these too. We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets in groups and socially distance at the festival in compliance with health regulations at the time of the event. We have restricted the event capacity to 1 person per 3m2. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy the event safely.

SFSC has always welcomed the little ones (12 and under for free). Despite restrictions being lifted, there is still a risk of capacity restriction if the COVID situation worsens closer to the event date. With this in mind, we are not in a position to issue free children’s tickets this year for children over 2 years old. However we will offer free activities for children on site.

Must be carried at all times and used when 1.5 m physical distancing cannot be maintained. (unless a lawful exemption applies).

We ask that you please register all names and contact details of your group when purchasing tickets. We understand this may make the process a bit slower, but we have implemented these methods for your safety.

Hand sanitiser will be available at entry points. We encourage you to bring your own sanitiser to use in your allocated area. Our cleaning team will be working throughout the event, across the whole event site to keep the environment as sanitary and safe as possible.

All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated. SFSC22 will be a wholly catered and licensed event. Help us support the local hospitality industry; please do not bring food or drinks into the venue. An array of options including picnic hampers available for pre-order, will be available to all, along with a range of food stalls on-site. Our chefs, mixologists, and makers cannot wait to serve you!
