Up-and-comer Lili Alaska is a triple threat — a French-Australian singer, songwriter and producer who, at just 17 years old, has already released an EP and three singles. A stint living in Colorado, USA and road trip across the country instilled in her a love of Americana alongside her diet of pop music. She counts Lana del Rey, Blondie, Courtney Barnett and Nico among her inspirations and has worked with some of the finest songwriters in the country, including Lindy Morrison of the Go-Betweens and Sally Seltmann. We’re delighted to have this rising chanteuse open the festival this year. Lili Alaska is currently working on a first album with award winning producer Dean Tuza (Stella Donnelly, The Rubens, MOSSY) from Melbourne / NYC.
