What to bring
Insect repellent, folding chairs, picnic rugs, point and shoot cameras, dancing shoes and a good attitude.
Do not bring
Alcohol, glassware, metal cutlery, tents, high back folding chairs, beach umbrellas, video or recording equipment, pets, worries or bad attitudes.
Rain, hail or shine the show must go on. We recommend bringing hats, sunscreen, small sun shelters, umbrellas, jackets and ponchos – dancing in the rain is fun when you have weather protection. We provide a limited number of umbrellas on a first in first served basis.
We recommend you bring cash on site to avoid queues. There will be ATMs on site.
There will be an abundance of food available on site for sale. You may bring your own.

SFSC is strictly no BYO alcohol, no SOFT drinks. The event is fully licensed. You may bring unsealed EMPTY bottles to be filled inside the festival at our water stations. Please don’t bring glassware or glass bottles, as outside glass is not allowed on site. We will be serving bottles of wine and champagne on site.
What sustainability initiatives do you have at So Frenchy So Chic ?
Reusable Glasses: We promote the usage of our SFSC reusable wine glass. No Plastic Straws: We ban plastic straws at our events ! Free Water: Bring your reusable water container and help yourself! Packaging: We ask our food vendors to serve food on or in recyclable plates/bowls/containers. Please consider removing single-use plastics from your list of items you bring to So Frenchy So Chic. Recycling Waste: We aim to reduce landfill and effective use of the bins on site will contribute to that. Please bin effectively!
Conditions of entry
All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated.
SFSC is wheelchair accessible. There are no stairs, and there are disabled toilets on site. Please contact us at info@cartellmusic.com.au should you require special assistance.
Children 12 and under are admitted free. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. As you enter the event, our security personnel will ask you to write your phone number on your child’s wristband. While babies are, of course, welcome please remember that SFSC is an outdoors event. There will be loud music, lots of people and limited facilities. Your children’s wellbeing is our main priority so make sure you are prepared. For more information on children’s activities click here.
It's my birthday, can I get a free ticket?
Yes! All you need to do is arrive to the gate and show a valid drivers licence, passport or KeyPass card to show that your birthday is on 12th January (Melbourne event) and you will be allowed into the event for free. If you birthday does not fall precisely on the event date please do not contact us asking to make an exception.

Where can you buy tickets?
Tickets are on sale through Eventbrite. You will be emailed an order confirmation from Eventbrite. If for any reason your tickets do not arrive in your inbox please check your spam folders/filters and check that the correct email was provided. If after checking no ticket is found please contact your ticket agent. Please present your ticket at the gate (phone or printed PDF).
Will tickets be available at the gate?
Yes, if the event is not sold out, tickets will be available at the gates. Please check our Facebook page for details.
Is it possible to get a refund?
No, sorry. Once the ticket sale is processed the purchase is final. Refunds will only be offered to patrons if the entire show is canceled or abandoned due to extreme weather conditions.
Are pass outs available?
No. Sorry.
What time does the event start?
The gates will open at 11.15am. The first act will be on stage at 13:00.
We expect the event to conclude at approximately 21:00.


How to get to SFSC

Werribee Park is 25 km from Melbourne via the West Gate Bridge. Take the Werribee South exit from the Princess Freeway. Cross Duncans Road to K Road. Follow the signs to Werribee Park and enter at Gate 2. Free parking is available on site. You can view the location on Google maps here. If you want to enjoy more than a few glasses of champagne we recommend organizing a driver for the day.
We have arranged bus transfers from and to Melbourne CBD and added a new bus service from Geelong. Return tickets must be purchased before Thursday 10th January at midday from here.

Southern Cross station at 11.00am – Bay 56/57/58

11.00am at parking bays as you enter off Gordon ave, follow the ‘Rail Parking and Set down’ sign on left hand side.

The return trip will depart approximately 30 minutes after the last performance (approx. 9pm) and drop passengers at the same locations.
