What to bring
Insect repellent, low folding chairs, picnic rugs, shade, hat, dancing shoes and a good attitude.
Do not bring
Food, alcohol, glassware, metal cutlery, tents, high-backed folding chairs, beach umbrellas, video or recording equipment, pets, worries or bad attitudes.
Rain, hail or shine, the show must go on. We recommend bringing hats, sunscreen, small sun shelters, umbrellas, jackets and ponchos–dancing in the rain is fun when you are protected from the elements! We provide a limited number of umbrellas on a first come first served basis.
SFSC is a COVID SAFE cashless event.
There will be an abundance of food available for sale on site. No BYO food; please help us support the local hospitality industry.

SFSC is strictly no BYO alcohol, no soft drinks. The event is fully licensed. You may bring unsealed EMPTY bottles to be filled inside the festival at our water stations. Please don’t bring glassware or glass bottles, as outside glass is not allowed on-site.
What sustainability initiatives do SFSC have?
Reusable Glasses: We promote the usage of our SFSC reusable wine glasses.

No Plastic Straws: We ban plastic straws at our events!
Free Water: Bring your reusable water container and help yourself!

Packaging: We ask our food vendors to serve food on or in recyclable plates/bowls/containers. Please consider removing single-use plastics from your list of items you bring to So Frenchy So Chic.

Recycling Waste: We aim to reduce landfill and effective use of the bins on site will contribute to that. Please bin effectively!
Conditions of entry
All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated.
Wheelchairs access and Companion cards
SFSC is wheelchair accessible. There are no stairs, and there are disabled toilets on site. Please contact us at should you require special assistance. Ticket purchases made by a Companion Card holder are eligible to receive a second, complimentary ticket. Simply present your companion card at the main gate for access to the event.
SFSC has always welcomed the little ones (kids 12 and under get in free). Despite restrictions being lifted, there is still a risk of capacity restriction if the COVID situation worsens closer to the event date. With this in mind, we are not in a position to issue free children’s tickets this year for children over 2 years old. However, we will offer free activities for children on site.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. As you enter the event, our security personnel will ask you to write your phone number on your child's wristband. While babies are, of course, welcome, please remember that SFSC is an outdoors event. There will be loud music, lots of people and limited facilities. Your children’s wellbeing is our main priority so make sure you are prepared.
