What to bring
Insect repellent, low folding chairs, picnic rugs, shade, hat, dancing shoes and a good attitude.
Do not bring
Alcohol, glassware, metal cutlery, tents, high-backed folding chairs, beach umbrellas, video or recording equipment, pets, worries or bad attitudes.

You are welcome to bring food for your child / infant or if you have allergies or specific dietary requirements. Otherwise please help us support our local artisans. An array of affordable options (including GF and Vegan) will be available to all on-site.
Weather
Rain, hail or shine, the show must go on. We recommend bringing hats, sunscreen, small sun shelters, umbrellas, jackets and ponchos–dancing in the rain is fun when you are protected from the elements! We provide a limited number of umbrellas on a first come first served basis.
Money
You can pay by cash or eftpos at SFSC. There will be a ATM on site.
Food
You are welcome to bring food for your child / infant or if you have allergies or specific dietary requirements. Otherwise please help us support our local artisans. An array of affordable options (including GF and Vegan) will be available to all on-site.

Drink
SFSC is strictly no BYO alcohol, no soft drinks. The event is fully licensed. You may bring unsealed EMPTY bottles to be filled inside the festival at our water stations. Please don’t bring glassware or glass bottles, as outside glass is not allowed on-site.
What sustainability initiatives do SFSC have?
Reusable Glasses: We promote the usage of our SFSC reusable wine glasses.

No Plastic Straws: We ban plastic straws at our events!
Free Water: Bring your reusable water container and help yourself!

Packaging: We ask our food vendors to serve food on or in recyclable plates/bowls/containers. Please consider removing single-use plastics from your list of items you bring to So Frenchy So Chic.

Recycling Waste: We aim to reduce landfill and effective use of the bins on site will contribute to that. Please bin effectively!
Conditions of entry
All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated. You are welcome to bring food for your child / infant or if you have allergies or specific dietary requirements.
Wheelchairs access and Companion cards
SFSC is wheelchair accessible. There are no stairs, and there are disabled toilets on site. Please contact us at info@sofrenchysochic.com should you require special assistance. Ticket purchases made by a Companion Card holder are eligible to receive a second, complimentary ticket. Simply present your companion card at the main gate for access to the event.
Kids
Free for children under 3 years old.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. As you enter the event, our security personnel will ask you to write your phone number on your child's wristband. While babies are, of course, welcome, please remember that SFSC is an outdoors event. There will be loud music, lots of people and limited facilities. Your children’s wellbeing is our main priority so make sure you are prepared.
Where can you buy tickets?
Tickets are on sale exclusively through Eventbrite. You will be emailed an order confirmation from Eventbrite. If for any reason your tickets do not arrive in your inbox please check your spam folders/filters and check that the correct email was provided. If after checking no ticket is found, please contact your ticket agent. Please present your ticket at the gate (phone or printed PDF).
Will tickets be available at the gate?
We recommend you purchase tickets prior to the event to avoid missing out. We may sell tickets at the gate if the event is not sold out
Refunds & Exchanges
They are non-refundable, except in specific situation. If the event is cancelled for any reason, including due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will offer you a full refund. If the event proceeds as planned, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange only in the following situation: 

• If you or a member of your party has a confirmed, documented case of COVID-19 within 14 days of the event date;

or

• You or a member of your party have COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days of the event date and test positive within two weeks thereafter. The symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, or loss of sense of smell.You must contact us as soon as possible if you or a member of your booking party falls into any of these categories.

Are pass outs available?
No. Sorry.
What time does the event start?
The gates will open at 13:00. The first act will be on stage at 14:30. We expect the event to conclude at approximately 22:00.
Can I resell my ticket?
To avoid scams, we will work with Tixel who provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your tickets to another person close to the event date. If you have already found a buyer for your tickets but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step.
How to get to SFSC Sydney
So Frenchy So Chic is located in Bicentennial Park, Glebe.

We have moved to the park next door, 30 meters from where SFSC has historically been held. You can access the festival from Glebe Point Road or Annandale / Tram shed / Chapman Road. A small wooden bridge is joining our old site with the new SFSC location.

By Car

There is no parking on site, we highly recommend you take public transport, bicycles or taxis.

Light Rail

Take the Light Rail to Jubilee Park station. Services operate from early morning, with average journey times taking 19 minutes from Central and 16 minutes from Dulwich Hill. The last Light Rail departs Jubilee Park at 11:24pm.

Bus

Take bus: route 433, 370, 431 stop at Federal opp Bicentennial Park.  

Bike

There is an abundance of bike paths around Tram sheds that can take you in all directions-towards the CBD, Annandale, Balmain, Chippendale, The University of Sydney, along the waterfront and more.
Restrooms
There will be a high ratio of toilets and hand washing stations available to patrons at this event. We will also have a dedicated cleaning team operating throughout the event, cleaning and sanitising restrooms, hand washing stations, and other frequently touched surfaces. Accessible toilets will be present on-site and available only for patrons with access needs.
Cleaning
Hand sanitiser will be available at entry points. We encourage you to bring your own sanitiser to use in your allocated area. Our cleaning team will be working throughout the event, across the whole event site to keep the environment as sanitary and safe as possible.
Contact tracing
We ask that you please register all names and contact details of your group when purchasing tickets. We understand this may make the process a bit slower, but we have implemented these methods for your safety. We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets in groups and socially distance at the festival in compliance with health  regulations at the time of the event.
