Acclaimed French bistro Bellevue Cottage will be creating our pre-order hampers in Sydney. Headed up by Antoine Moscovitz, who trained under world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse and is the ex-private chef to House of Roederer Cristal Champagne, this year’s hampers are simply not to be missed. The charcuterie hamper will be provided by Rosebery’s finest French eatery, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery, helmed by French chef and co-founder Thomas Cauquil.
SFSC22 will be a wholly catered and licensed event. Help us support the local hospitality industry; please do not bring food or drinks into the venue. An array of options, including picnic hampers available for pre-order, will be available to all, alongside a range of gourmet food stalls on site. Our chefs, mixologists, and makers cannot wait to serve you!
