SFSC23 is a wholly catered and licensed event, with feasts prepared by premiere French eateries. Sydneysiders can expect fine cuisine in a relaxed setting by Bellevue Cottage, headed up by Antoine Moscovitz, who trained under Alain Ducasse and was formerly private chef to house of
Roederer Cristal Champagne.

Food stalls on site will create an ambiance de marché, selling everything from Baby spinach & goat cheese crêpes, butter and sugar, Nutella crêpe, oysters, confit of pork belly with velvet truffle mashed Désirée potatoes, cheese & charcuterie platters, silky chocolate & orange essence mousse, traditional French pastries, Canele de Bordeaux, palets Breton, raclette, pissaladiere (French pizza), croque Monsieur, French cheese toasties, artisan ice cream, pomme d'amour, Basque paella,
cassoulet and more!

Charcuterie & Cheese hampers to please even the most demanding gourmand are available for pre-order until Wednesday 18th January at midday.

+ 100g Gruyère Fort 12 month aged
+ 100g Camembert Crémeux (creamy Camembert)
+ 50g Bûche de chèvre aux herbs (goat’s cheese with thyme, oregano and rosemary)
+ 50g petit Bleu (creamy blue, mild flavour)
+ Served with Bellevue Cottage house-made butter, traditional petite baguette and lightly spiced prune relish.

+ Country-style terrine with mushrooms and hazelnuts
